The dates and times of each tour will depend on the availability of the Homes being toured. So, once you hit the Book Now button it will show you what Mansions are available for touring, including the dates, times and pricing. Each guest will be allowed to pick whatever date and times that are available including how many people in their party going on the tour. Once your payment is complete, your seat(s)will be booked and a confirmation email with your ticket will be sent to the email you provided.
We recommend reserving as far in advance as possible, but the following policies apply: We recommend making a reservation in advance and confirming it at least 24 hours in advance, especially during the summer, when we are very busy and wait times can be very long
Each single Mansion tour from pick-up time to drop-off time, should be around 1 hour. However, that time can change depending on the size of the Mansion being toured and the time it takes getting to and from the location. Also, if you tour more than one home that day, it will take longer.
It depends, there will be a photographer taking pictures and videos once you enter the property. There are no cell phone cameras allowed to video or pictures while on the properties and inside the homes. You can take videos and pictures on the shuttle and someone will notify everyone when cameras must be put away. All pictures and videos taken on your tour will be found in the Gallery sections for your purchases and downloads.
